Since the establishment of the Building Department as separate from Community Development, and as the Village Manager has tasked the responsibility of Floodplain Manager to the Building Official, it is necessary to amend the verbiage of Subdivision 3 - Duties and Powers of the Floodplain Administrator Sec 78-784 Designation to read as follows: Remove "director of community development" and insert "Building Official" as the Floodplain Administrator for the Village of Tequesta.
