Budget/Financial Impact
WHEREAS, the Loxahatchee River District requires that Tequesta Park connect to the available and approved sanitary sewer system by October 1, 2015;
WHEREAS, the Village leases Tequesta Park and is responsible for assessments and improvements under the lease agreement;
WHEREAS, the Village Council approved connecting to the sanitary sewer system available at the ‘Tequesta Park Assessment Area’,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 The Village Council hereby adopts Resolution 64-15 awarding a contract to Craftsman Unlimited, Inc. to connect Tequesta Park Assessment Area to the available and approved sanitary sewer system.
Section 2 This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage.
